Bente Syversen

Bente jobber som strategisk rådgiver design i Innovasjon Norge Sør- og Nord-Trøndelag. Hun er en del av superbrukerteamet i Innovasjon Norge, som i år har tatt i bruk Osterwalders forretningsmodell som viktig verktøy i kundedialogen. Andre aktuelle kompetanseområder Bente kan bidra med inn i forretningsmodellutvikling er kundesegmentering, tjenestedesign (kundereise) og merkevarebygging. Bente er utdannet produktdesigner fra England, og har et kurs i innovasjonsledelse fra NTNU. Før hun kom til Innovasjon Norge jobbet hun i emballasjeindustrien.

Tom-Ivar Bern

Tom-Ivar Bern is senior adviser at Innovation Norway’s office in Trondheim. His primary business focus is supporting small and medium sized companies within the oil and gas sector with international ambitions by using the different tools of Innovation Norway. The tools are economic support (grants and loans), competence building processes and connections to and support from Innovation Norway’s international office network.
Tom-Ivar recently completed his Executive Master of Management at BI Norway

 

Harald Platou

Harald works as a company consultant and have used BMG on several occasions when working with established businesses in IT, architecture, Construction etc. He shared his experiences of how BMG also is a useful tool for both small and large companies who are in full operation.
“Harald jobber som bedriftsrådgiver og har mange ganger brukt BMG for etablerte selskaper innen IT, arkitektur, bygge bransjen, etc. Han delte sine erfaringer med hvorledes BMG også er et nyttig verktøy for organisasjoner som er i full drift.

Thomas Hoholm

Thomas is an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at BI Norwegian Business School, where he teaches how to organize for innovation and growth in both new and established ventures. Currently, he is involved a large research program related to healthcare innovation. He is particularly  interested in the controversies, problems and mess of innovation processes. His study of the development of the Salma brand (high-end salmon) was published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2011, and his studies of healthcare innovation has been published in leading European journals.
Currently, he is co-authoring a textbook  titled: “Technology Entrepreneurship: Bringing Innovation to the Marketplace” with Natasha Evers and James Cunningham.  To be  published by Palgrave Macmillan this fall.

Alexander Osterwalder

At his speaking and workshop engagements with companies, business schools and governments around the world Alex outlines how organizations can systematically and pragmatically approach business model innovation. He helps entrepreneurs and senior executives understand how to approach the topic, highlight key success factors and point to common pitfalls. Alex has worked with companies such as GE, Intel, P&G, and 3M and taught at Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, IESE, and IMD among many other business schools.

Benjamin Sommer

Benjamin is a business development professional focusing on business model innovation, product development/management and customer development practices. He has deep knowledge of business model generation, lean canvas, lean start-up and agile frameworks.

Benjamin is typically approached by companies to assist in agile adoption, run courses or workshops on business model innovation, lean canvas and agile topics. He is one of approx. 60 Certified Scrum Coaches in the world, and the only Norwegian.

He is involved in several companies as an business angel investor and board member. Benjamin has successfully built several start-ups and new business areas in large corporations.
Co-founding companies and building them over periods extending 5 years with partners. Active investor, focus on certain sectors – seek synergies with existing investments.
